Are the CADET Residence apartments accessible for diseable people ?

The residence has a studio for 3 people accessible to wheelchairs located on the ground floor. The bathroom with shower is suitable for people with reduced mobility

Are the apartments heated and / or air-conditioned?

All apartments have a heating system and are equipped with air conditioning. They are all equipped with an individual thermostat which allows you to adjust at your convenience the temperature of your home.

Are the apartments equipped with a washing machine?

No, but a laundry ( washing machine and a dryer) is installed on the ground floor of the residence. The price is 10 € and it is available 24 hours a day after communication of the door code to access it.

The residence does not have extra beds. The number of people allowed per apartment cannot exceed the maximum number for reasons of security and insurance except in the case of a child under 2 years. In thar case, book as soon as possible a baby cot for free. You will find it at your arrival in the apartment

Do you offer baby cots?

Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request for children up to 2 years old. A changing table, a bottle warmer and a baby bath are also available. Please contact reception to reserve as soon as possible as the stock is limited.

At what time can I register?

You can go through the arrival formalities every day from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Depending on availability, key collection can be done from 12 a.m and until very late by sending detailed access information by email the day of arrival.

If you have booked directly on our website, contact us to request a change or cancellation either by phone or by e-mail. If you have booked through an travel agency, we invite you to contact it. Please be aware that only the booking at the Flexible rate can be canceled free of charge 1 day before arrival

How can I change the name of a guest?

You can change the names of the guests of the apartment and pay the stay for someone else. In this case, we thank you for contacting us directly by e-mail.

What happens when I do not use the apartment?

Depending on the reasons for the no-show, we can consider a refund but most often we offer a credit to consume within 6 months after the initial date of reservation based on availability.


How can I pay for my reservation?

When you make a reservation on the official website of the residence and you select the rates proposed you will be asked to pay between 50% and 100% of the total amount upon booking except in case you choose the flexible rate cancelable without fees 24 hours before the date of arrival.

Do you provide a daily housekeeping service?

No daily cleaning services. A free weekly cleaning service is offered for stays of more than 6 nights with a change of towels. For stays longer there is a change of sheets and towels every 15 nights with the cleaning service

Is final cleaning included?

The end-of-stay cleaning is included except for the dishes and the kitchen which you have to leave clean and tidy before leaving the apartment. We will check it on departure day. Otherwise, you will be charged 25 €.

In order to help you maintain your apartment throughout your stay, we provide a sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, a brush and garbage bags. If you need a refill, we will give you some free of charge

Can I use Wi-Fi for free?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and public areas of the residence 24/7.

Do you offer breakfast service ?

No, the apartments are with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. For your first breakfasts, we sell a grocery kit which includes, among other things, 40gr of ground coffee, 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of milk chocolate powder as well as sugar cartons.

We can also advise you where to have or buy tasty breakfast in the area.

Do you provide a daily cleaning service ?

No, we do not provide a daily cleaning service as part of our “Home away home” concept in order to preserve your privacy.
