The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation process by clicking on the “CONFIRM RESERVATION” field.\5.2. ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS\n5.2.1. The booking is confirmed upon the Customer’s receipt of the booking confirmation sent by RESIDENCE CADET or upon online payment by credit card under the conditions set forth in Article 5.2.4. A confirmation screen will then appear online.\n5.2.2. The Customer agrees, prior to any reservation, to complete the requested information.\n5.2.3. The Customer certifies the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.\n5.2.4. The booking procedure, secured in accordance with the terms of Article 9 below, includes the following steps, provided that the Customer may always cancel the booking process at any time:\nSelection of the destination: the Customer selects the property by clicking on the city of their stay.\nSelection of the start date of the stay (arrival) and the end date of the stay (departure)\nIf the arrival and departure dates are not entered, a calendar displaying the available or booked days for the previously selected establishment will appear. For each available day, the calendar shows the best available rate below the date. This shows the best available rate per night for one guest. By clicking on the dates, the Customer can select their arrival and departure dates and proceed to the next steps.\nSelecting the number of rooms booked: The Customer selects the number of rooms for their stay by clicking. If booking multiple rooms, the reservation process continues room by room.\nSelecting the number of adults per room: The Customer selects the number of adults per room by clicking.\nSelecting the number of children per room: The Customer selects the number of children per room with a single click.\nSelecting rooms and associated rates: The Customer selects from the various available rooms and rates based on the information entered in the previous steps, including their key features, such as the room category for the previously selected dates, its price, its amenities, any extras included in special offers, cancellation policies, and payment terms. Please note that the photos or images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only.\nSelecting Extras: The Customer may add, with a single click and subject to availability, one or more extras based on the information entered in the previous steps. These extras display rates, quantities, and specific details. By clicking “Add” or “Add an Item,” the Customer completes the selection and entry of the items included in the online reservation, without prejudice to the ability to modify the reservation details by returning to the previously completed reservation process.\nReservation Summary: Display of the reservation summary in a panel on the left.\nFinalizing the reservation: by clicking the “Confirm my reservation” button, the Customer validates the summarized and displayed items comprising their reservation and brings up the fields required for the Customer to enter their identity and contact information, including their mailing address, email address, and phone number, as well as the type of stay, the payment method, and the credit card details used for online payment or to secure the reservation via credit card details, depending on the selected rate; to the acceptance of these general terms and conditions; to the Customer’s final confirmation of their reservation by clicking the “Confirm Reservation” button at the bottom of the page. Before confirming their reservation, the Customer may enter “special requests” in the field provided for this purpose, a request for clarification or a special request, which is not contractually guaranteed by RESIDENCE CADET unless there is a written response confirming receipt of the request, including the possibility of providing the requested service along with an indication of its rate, if applicable, for the Customer’s acceptance. By clicking “Confirm Reservation,” the Customer pays or provides a credit card guarantee based on the rate they have reserved. Final step: RESIDENCE CADET records the reservation made by the Customer and assigns a corresponding reservation confirmation number.\n5.3. FORMATION OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT\n5.3.1. In accordance with Articles 3.10 and 5.2.4, the Contract with the establishment is formed upon confirmation of the Customer’s reservation by RESIDENCE CADET, including the assignment of the corresponding reference number as stated in the preceding article.\5.3.2. The establishment’s contract may only be formed after the Customer has first selected the details of their reservation—which were fully summarized for them in the final step of the reservation process—accepted these general terms and conditions, and finally confirmed their reservation by clicking the “Confirm Reservation” button. Otherwise, the reservation is considered canceled and has no legal effect.\n5.3.3. In all cases of online booking, a summary email is sent to the Customer at the email address they provided in the field designated for that purpose. This email constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt of the booking and the booking confirmation, which summarizes the terms of the contract, the services booked, the prices, the pricing conditions applicable to the selected rate, information regarding after-sales service and commercial warranties, if any, the procedures for exercising any right of withdrawal or cancellation, as well as the address of RESIDENCE CADET to which the Customer may submit complaints.\n5.4. OTHER BOOKING METHODS (OTHER THAN “ONLINE”)\n5.4.1. Reservation by Phone\n5.4.1.1. Reservations by phone, as defined below, are made using the listed phone numbers.\n5.4.1.2. When the Customer makes a reservation request by phone, RESIDENCE CADET will provide the available rates and related additional services based on the Customer’s request for the dates they have requested. RESIDENCE CADET will also request a phone number and an email address to which RESIDENCE CADET will send these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as a summary of the reservation request, and, if applicable, a request for bank details for the purpose of confirming the reservation, with or without payment of the price during the booking process, a deposit, or a security deposit via credit card details, depending on the applicable rate selected by the Customer at the time of the reservation request.5.4.1.3. All information and conditions required by RESIDENCE CADET in response to the Customer’s reservation request by telephone constitute essential formalities for the registration of the Customer’s reservation made by telephone. Failing this, the reservation cannot be validated or confirmed.\n5.4.1.4. By failing to provide, at a minimum via email, the information required by RESIDENCE CADET, the Customer may not complain about the failure to register their reservation, as the contract with the establishment is not formed due to their failure to provide this information and meet these conditions. Only written confirmation of the reservation’s registration shall constitute the conclusion of the contract.\n5.4.3. Reservation by email\n5.4.3.1. Reservations by email, as defined below, are made at the email address indicated on the website pages, namely reception@cadetresidence.com\n5.4.3.2. When a reservation request is made by email, RESIDENCE CADET will respond via email to the address from which the reservation request was sent, providing the available rates and related additional services based on the Customer’s request for the dates requested. RESIDENCE CADET will send the Customer, via the same email response, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale upon request, as well as a summary of the reservation request, and, where applicable, a request for bank details for the purpose of confirming the reservation, with or without payment of the price during the booking process, a deposit, or a security deposit secured via credit card details, depending on the applicable rate selected by the Customer at the time of the reservation request.\n5.4.3.3. All information and conditions required by RESIDENCE CADET in response to the Customer’s reservation request via email constitute essential formalities for the registration of the Customer’s reservation made via email. If the Customer, having submitted a reservation request via email, fails to comply with the requirements set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale of RESIDENCE CADET, the Customer may not complain about the failure to register their reservation. Only written confirmation of the reservation’s registration shall be deemed valid.\n5.5 Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation by the Customer:\n5.5.1. The Customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 121-28 of the French Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L. 121-28 of the French Consumer Code, provided that the services are provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.\n5.5.2. Without prejudice to the provisions set forth in Section 5.5.1, the contractual terms may, where applicable, provide—depending on the content of the reservation confirmed by the Customer and as indicated for each rate—a right of cancellation when the reservation is made under the heading “Flexible Rates.” In this case, the Customer has been made aware of the applicable cancellation terms. These terms are also reiterated during the various steps leading up to payment.\n5.5.3. If the specific terms of the rate permit it—either for reservations made under the heading “Flexible Rates” or under another heading expressly mentioning this right to cancel—the Customer must exercise the right to cancel before 3:00 PM, two days prior to arrival (Paris, France time). Late notification of cancellation results in the application of late cancellation fees amounting to the cost of the first night’s accommodation, plus any extras included in the Customer’s reservation, based on the applicable rate including all taxes as stated in the reservation confirmed by the Customer.\n5.5.4. The right to cancel defined in Article 5.5.2 may be exercised by the Customer on the website www.cadetresidence.com\n, under the “My Account” page, after logging in with their confirmation number or email address and password. The “Options” tab will then offer the option to cancel the reservation. By clicking the “OK” button, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and all packages associated with this reservation will also be canceled. A cancellation confirmation email will then be sent to the Customer.\n5.5.4.1 Depending on the offers selected by the Customer, cancellation by phone is also possible. This must be accompanied by an email from the Customer and will be followed by a cancellation confirmation email from RESIDENCE CADET.\n5.5.5. In the event of an interruption of the stay, the full agreed price will be charged without any right to a refund or any credit or exchange for the Customer for the unused portion of the stay at the establishment. In the case of a reservation with payment made during the booking process, no refund will be granted for this reason.\n5.5.6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, particularly in the case of booking extras for this purpose, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the day their stay ends. Otherwise, and subject to availability, a late check-out will be offered. This will be charged at 50% of the standard room rate on the day of the late check-out. This rate applies until 6:00 PM French time. After this time, an additional night’s stay will be charged. Rates for the additional night will vary depending on the room occupied and the day in question. In the event of room unavailability, RESIDENCE CADET reserves the right to enter the room that has not been vacated in order to prepare it for new arrivals.\5.5.7. Without prejudice to the application of the right to cancel under the terms of Article 5.5 for “Flexible Rates,” any failure by the Guest to arrive at the establishment or a no-show (a reservation not canceled when the right to cancel applies and the guest does not arrive) without prior notification to thethe establishment to take possession of the room they have reserved, shall constitute a cancellation of the entire reservation, making the reserved night(s) available again, and shall automatically result in the first night’s charges for the reserved stay becoming due, including all reserved extras and all taxes, without any right to a refund for the Customer.\n5.5.8. The conditions set forth in Article 6 apply to all booking methods: internet, email, telephone, or social media.\nARTICLE 6: RATES & PRICES\n6.1. The prices for booking services are indicated before and during the booking process. Prices are valid in real time and are displayed in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 5.2.4. Similarly, for other booking methods such as by phone or email, rates are valid at the time the Customer submits the booking request. They are also accessible under the heading “View available rates on the calendar.” In any case, the specific pricing terms associated with each rate/room type, or additional services, are listed next to each service included in the Customer’s reservation.\n6.2. The prices indicated are per room and per adult, with the understanding that the selected rate implies, by default and unless a specific “extra” is purchased for this purpose, that the Guest checks in at 3:00 PM and checks out by 12:00 PM. At check-in, a credit card imprint and a valid ID will be required. In the event of a no-show at check-out, RESIDENCE CADET reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as an imprint at check-in.\n6.3. Prices are subject to value-added tax (VAT) and are displayed as total amounts including VATC at the rate in effect at the time of booking confirmation, in Euros or in the currency selected by the guest. The prices displayed are valid only for the duration indicated on the website.\n6.4. If payment is made in a currency other than the currency of the guest’s country of residence, exchange fees will be the guest’s responsibility.\n6.5. All reservations are payable in Euros as specified during the booking process.\6.6. Unless otherwise stated, any additional services and other extras selected are not included in the price. However, the price of these additional services confirmed in the Customer’s reservation is due during the online or offline booking process if the rate differs from the “Flexible Rates.” These rates are also subject to VAT at the rate in effect at the time of booking, if applicable, in accordance with the regulations applicable to these categories of products or services at a rate different from that applicable to room reservations.\n6.7. Tourist tax: The amount of the tourist tax is provided per day and per person, for informational purposes only, and is subject to change. This tax, collected on behalf of the City of Paris, must be paid on-site during the stay.\n6.8. Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices shown, particularly in the event of a change in the rate applicable on the date of the stay and any Extras purchased compared to the rates applicable at the time the reservation was made.\n6.9. If a rate requires payment to be made at the property upon arrival or departure, and the guest’s currency is not the same as that of the country in which the property is located, the amount charged by the property may differ from the amount communicated at the time of booking, given possible fluctuations in exchange rates between the booking date and the dates of the stay atthe property.\n6.10. Any item stolen from the room during the stay will be billed at the current rate. Rates are available at the front desk of each property.\n6.11. In the event of damage to the room, common areas, or various items, RESIDENCE CADET reserves the right to bill the guest for the cost of the damage caused.ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT 7.1. The Guest provides their bank details as a guarantee of the reservation, unless special conditions or rates require online payment as stipulated during the booking process, particularly those offered under the terms “internet, best available rate”.\nPayment information is secured via SSL encryption. The following information will be requested to finalize your reservation: card number, expiration date, and security code when making an online payment via the dedicated payment platform. The same applies to the provision of bank details required for reservations made by phone or email, in accordance with the required terms and conditions, which entail either payment at the time of booking or the requirement of a security deposit via credit card authorization, depending on the reservation rate.\n7.2. The payment is charged at the property during the stay, except in the case of special conditions or rates where the payment is charged at the time of booking for certain rates subject to the requirement of payment during the booking process in accordance with the specific contractual terms previously accepted by the Customer.\n7.3. The service provider selected by RESIDENCE CADET to secure online credit card payments verifies the validity of the customer’s credit card. The credit card may be declined for several reasons: stolen card, blocked card, credit limit reached, data entry error, etc. In the event of any difficulty or issue, the customer must contact both their bank to determine the cause and the establishment to confirm their reservation and payment method.\n7.4. If the customer books multiple rooms but payment—online and in any case during the booking process—is required for only one room, for example, in this case, the payment card used on the payment platform serves, on the one hand, to pay for the room covered by the online payment and, in any case during the booking process, on the other hand, to serve as a guarantee for the other rooms.\n7.5. At the time of online payment and in any case when required during the booking process, the amount charged at the time of booking includes: the price of the accommodation, taxes related to the accommodation, and the price of additional services or “extras.”\n7.6. In the case of a rate subject to online payment, the charge is processed upon completion of the reservation by the Customer via an online payment system.\7.7. Following a stay at one of the RESIDENCE CADET properties and regardless of how the reservation was made, RESIDENCE CADET issues an invoice in duplicate, one copy of which is given to or emailed to the Customer upon departure from the property.\n7.8. During the Customer’s stay, if payment has not already been made online or during the booking process, and if the amount of the Customer’s invoice exceeds 400 Euros, Management may require payment for the services provided during said stay, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Article 7.7.9. Payment by check is not accepted, whether for temporary accommodation services, and/or catering services, and/or any other services or product sales provided by RESIDENCE CADET to the Guest during their stay at the establishment.\n7.10 In any event, any “Extras” or other services that have been reserved and provided by RESIDENCE CADET during the Customer’s stay and for which payment was not made in advance at the time of booking must be paid by the Customer no later than at check-out.\n7.11 All reservations made under a so-called “flexible” rate will be subject to a pre-authorization equivalent to the first night of the stay.\n7.12 RESIDENCE CADET accepts no liability for delays imposed by cardholders’ banks when the hotel refunds funds following a cancellation under a “Flexible” rate.\ARTICLE 8: COMPLAINTS\n8.1. For any complaint, the Guest is invited to send a letter or email to:\nRESIDENCE CADET\n7 rue Cadet\n75009 Paris France\nEmail: reception@cadetresidence.com\nIf the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may refer the matter to the AME Conso Mediator at the following address:\nAME Conso\n197 Boulevard Saint-Germain\n75007 Paris\nFor more information on the AME Conso Mediator, the Customer may visit its website: www.mediationconso-ame.com\n.\n8.1. RESIDENCE CADET is bound by the warranty of conformity of services, under the conditions set forth in Article L. 111-2 of the French Consumer Code, without prejudice to any additional contractual warranty that may be specifically agreed upon between the parties, outside of these general terms and conditions, pursuant to a written contract duly signed by the parties.\n8.2. RESIDENCE CADET strives to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and texts provided give as accurate a picture as possible of the accommodation, catering, and other complementary services offered. However, the photographs are not binding, since, on the one hand, the various rooms—even when they fall under the same rate—all have different dimensions, and, on the other hand, variations may occur, in particular due to changes in furniture, new decor, or potential renovations. Subject to availability, with the exception of a reservation made with an express request for a specific room and confirmed in writing to that effect by RESIDENCE CADET, the Customer may not make any claim on this basis, provided that such variations do not affect the essential characteristics of the service.\nARTICLE 9: DATA PROTECTION, FREEDOM, AND PRIVACY; RIGHT TO ONE’S IMAGE\n9.1. The information requested from the Customer during the secure booking process is mandatory where marked with an asterisk, and is collected by RESIDENCE CADET, acting as the data controller, and its service providers (payment and online booking providers) acting on behalf of RESIDENCE CADET.\nThis information enables the processing of the order, the management of the customer database, and the management of the newsletter.\nRegarding the newsletter, the Customer may agree to receive, via email or SMS, special offers and information about any new services created by RESIDENCE CADET. The Customer is informed that they may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in the email or SMS.\nThe information provided to RESIDENCE CADET is retained for a period in accordance with applicable legal provisions.\nIn accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and civil liberties, as amended, each Customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, or delete information concerning them by contacting resa@cadranhotel.com\n.\n9.2. The reservation of overnight stays and/or Extras at the establishment in question and their use by Customers and/or their companions, or even the mere presence at the establishment, does not in any way authorize any audiovisual recording, photography, photography, whether on the premises or in the annexes of the establishment, including the guest rooms, for commercial, promotional, advertising, press relations, or public relations purposes, website illustration, etc., and more generally for any collective use or use likely to involve a public audience. The interior architecture and graphic designs adorning the common areas and guest rooms of the establishment are protected by copyright, the rights to which are fully reserved. Any audiovisual recording session, photography, reproduction, or display of images featuring the premises and facilities of the establishment in question, other than for strictly private use, is subject to prior authorization from RESIDENCE CADET, under penalty of infringement punishable, in particular, by the civil and criminal provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.\n9.3 Cookie Policy\nWhen you visit our website, we may, subject to your preferences, install one or more cookies on your device for their legal duration of validity.
